Nowadays many people in Cambodia are facing the problem of Chronic Renal Failure. Those living with renal failure have to get treatment by mechanism of hemodialysis, Still Cambodia face the shortage of human resource to cover this area of specialty called Hemodialysis. The number of these machines for hemodialysis and the experts are very few in Cambodia. So the NGO Ubiquitous Blood Purification International (NGO UBPI) in the Japan invited 3 nurses and 2 Doctor of the Sen Sok international university hospital for training in hemodialysis in the Japan.
NGO Ubiquitous Blood Purification International (NGO UBPI) Japan donated 4 machine and many tools for hemodialysis to Sen Sok international university hospital, and then on 10th January 2010 NGO Ubiquitous Blood Purification International (NGO UBPI) made the 2 doctors and 3 nurses to training about the treatment and knowledge about machine hemodialysis around 35days. In the Japan we arrived at 8am in the Japan and had 3people to welcome us at narita airport and then we went to department that we have to stay there around, we traveled from airport to department around 1 hour, the department that we stay is Estem plaza yokohama minatomirai west in yokohama at Japan. In the morning 11 January 2010 NGO organism arranged the small party to welcome us and made relationship to many doctor, and nurses in Japan, in the afternoon we went to diachhy’s hospital to study, and after day on 12th January 2010 at 8am we went to diachhy’s hospital by walk around 20mn and started to study and at 12pm we had lunch and started to study again at 1pm and finished at 5pm.
The program that NGO NGO Ubiquitous Blood Purification International (NGO UBPI)made for us to study is practice with theory and went to many hospitals in the Japan to practice more, had many famous doctor and nurse to teach us everyday. Although it’s difficult for us but we’re pride that had many famous doctor and nurse in the Japan to teach us and success with it also.
Around 28days, and the last week before we went back to Cambodia we went to kanshai in Japan to study more about hemodialysis we went there by airplane around 1hour. On 15 February 2010 we went back to Cambodia and after week we went to Thailand around 1week, when we arrived had 2 people to welcome us and then went to hospital to relax and after day we went to Burapha’s hospital at Chhunbori of Thailand to practice more about hemodialysis everyday. That made us more clearly about the treatment and machine hemodialysis.When we finished the entire program, we went back to Cambodia and made the new center in Sen Sok international university hospital on 9th march 2010.
